Three weeks are complete, and we now have a more accurate measurement of what our fantasy teams are capable of.  By identifying strengths and weaknesses on our teams we can finally begin to make reasonable trade negotiations.  As you begin to throw trade proposals out there, proceed with caution.  Don’t sell yourself short by miscalculating the actual expendable depth on your line up.  You may have more than one starter assigned to the same bye week coming up.  Many trade possibilities simply aren’t worth the [...]

Expert? About as much as anyone who spends copious amounts of time watching, listening, and reading about football with fantasy eyes (and ears I guess). Anyway, I’ll answer questions, Throw them at me… Questions will also be sent to The SoundWAVE podcast. Follow Me On Twitter! It’s easy to forget things. One year ago, I wrote about the death of the running game. As recently as last week, I was chiding teams like the New Orleans Saints for their lack of balance in their offensive attack. Offensive balance is a thing of the past. In baseball, why would a team use a bunt to sacrifice an out when that it often just what the other team wants. It is better for the batter to swing away. [...]

The Bills were down 21-0, but bounced back to defeat the Patriots, ending a 15 game losing streak against their rival. They now not only lead the AFC East, but sit alone atop the entire AFC. The Lions are 3-0 for the first time since 1980. They were down 20-0 at half time, but bounced back to beat the Vikings 26-23 in overtime. Only the Bills, Packers and Lions remain undefeated after just three weeks. The Seahawks finally won one, [...]

Here we will take a look at the hot pick ups of the week. I’ll review a few players at each position that could give you a much needed boost with the personnel changes that have already taken in this short lived season. Also give a comprehensive look at some possibly valuable stashes that are sitting on the wire and may prove useful at a future moment. QB Jason Campbell OAK – If you’re streaming QB’s this season or in [...]

I love dynasty leagues. I love scouring for the next gem, recognizing that a certain player is starting his breakout or that a player is simply being undervalued or overlooked. For the 2011 version of going deep I am hopeful that we can cover a little bit of all these categories. The player that you can pluck off another owners roster is just as valuable as the player you find on the waiver wire. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________                                                                      Kenny Britt                                    Season Stats: 17 [...]
